First 11-Layer Blown Film Die
Brampton Engineering Inc., Brampton, Ont., recently received an order for the world’s first 11-layer blown film die as part of a complete 11-extruder blown film line. It will be delivered in the second quarter of 2008. The stack die is intended to give more flexibility to downgauge barrier layers and create varied structures by running the same materials through one or more layers.
