Lubrizol Completes Acquisition of Merquinsa

The Lubrizol Corp., Wickliffe, Ohio, recently completed its purchase of Spanish TPU producer Merquinsa. Merquinsa’s products are now being integrated into the Lubrizol Engineered Polymers business in Cleveland, which supplies Estane TPUs. In the last few years, Merquinsa was a leader in developing biobased TPUs.
