Two machine builders, each with more than 60 years’ experience in compounding, have united to furnish continuous mixing equipment. Farrel Pomini, Ansonia, Conn., is a new division of HF Mixing Group in Germany (itself just a year old) and unites the business of the former Farrel Corp., and Italy’s Pomini Rubber & Plastics. The company offers a variety of continuous mixers, single- and twin-screw compounding extruders, underwater pelletizers, and melt pumps, as well as machine repair, remanufacturing, and upgrade services.
