Nova Chemicals Corp., Calgary, Alberta (U.S. office in Pittsburgh), has agreed to sell its EPS and Arcel expandable PE/PS bead businesses to PFB Corp., also  of Calgary (U.S. office in Meridian, Idaho). PFB owns Plasti-Fab, an EPS molder with eight Canadian plants, and other EPS and timber building-products companies.
