Systems

No matter what type of sheet you need to extrude, the right line can be supplied to handle the job.

Some initial questions include:

  • How much capacity do you need to run?
  • Will you be coextruding, and if so, what layer structure(s) do you plan to make?
  • Are you are high volume thermoformer who will benefit by running directly inline with a thermoformer?
  • Will you produce rolls of finished sheet, and if so, how will they be used?
  • Will you be making stacks of cut-to-length sheet?
  • Are you making thick, wide, or patterned industrial sheet?

While each line will differ depending on your specific requirements, here we illustrate a few examples of common sheet extrusion systems. An almost infinite number of other configurations and capacities are possible beyond those shown here.
