Doosan Infracore America’s Machine Tool Division recently named David Barber to the post of general manager of marketing, where he will be responsible for all branding and marketing activities in North, Central and South America.

Doosan Infracore America’s Machine Tool Division recently named David Barber to the post of general manager of marketing, where he will be responsible for all branding and marketing activities in North, Central and South America.

Mr. Barber brings almost 20 years of manufacturing/metalworking experience to the Doosan Infracore America organization. His experience includes marketing positions at Bridgeport Machines Inc., United Grinding Technologies, Hardinge Inc., and most recently, Hyundai WIA Machine America Corporation. He is a graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Business.

According to Mr. Barber, “Doosan is a company I have followed with great admiration since I first began working in the machine tool industry. My mission will be to improve the way we communicate with our customers in the metalworking community and to ensure our products and services meet their needs now and in the future.”
