Hasco now offers Z 852 EPDM hose for saturated steam and hot water up to 217 psi and 329 F. The PTFE Z 856/1 hose has a smooth core in a steel-braided sheath and handles fl uid or gas at up to 1886 psi and 500 F. PTFE Z 856/2 hose has a corrugated core in a steel-braided sheath and handles up to 1451 psi and 500 F. Also new are two new hose and fi tting designs for mold hydraulics. Z 2720 hose of NBR with two-layer steel braid can handle up to 5804 psi and 212 F. The Z 2721 hose of DuPont Hytrel with two layers of Kevlar withstands up to 5804 psi and 194 F.
