EXTRUSION: Blown Film Air Coolers

Mokon, Buffalo, N.Y., has expanded its BFC Series of blown film air coolers, which are now available from 600 to 9000 cfm. They are said to improved energy efficiency and reduce space requirments. The compact design includes an air-inlet diffuser that creates more uniform air flow across the cooling coil. Also, the leaving-air chamber is insulated to reduce condensation and provide the coldest air possible to the air ring. Stackable designs are available.
