German Bioplastics Supplier Comes to U.S.

WEB EXCLUSIVE: FKuR Kunststoff GmbH of Willich, Germany, has just opened a subsidiary, FKuR Plastics Corp., in Cedar Park, Texas, with four employees. It will market the companies three lines of bioplastics: Bio-Flex alloys of PLA and biodegradable copolyester; Biograde cellulose acetate blends; and Fibrolon wood-plastic compounds based on PLA or PP. Manufacturing in Texas is planned as sales increase.
