Sequential valve-gate control and hot-runner temperature control can both be managed within one new system from Gammaflux L.P., Sterling, Va. Its sequential valve-gate controller (SVGC) is part of Gammaflux’s TTC line of temperature controllers. A newly developed interface allows users to toggle from one screen to the other. The combined unit saves floor space, and it reportedly provides greater speed and accuracy than existing valve-gate controls, as well as a clearer understanding of sequencing, which helps ease troubleshooting. The SVGC module monitors each of the digital and analog outputs every millisecond and can control eight to 32 pneumatic or hydraulic valve gates. (703) 471-5050• www.gammaflux.
