WEB EXCLUSIVE Sequential valve-gate control and hot-runner temperature control can both be managed within one new system from Gammaflux L.P., Sterling, Va. Its new sequential valve-gate controller (SVGC), announced at last year’s K 2007 show in Germany, is part of Gammaflux’s TTC line of temperature controllers. A newly developed interface allows users to toggle from one screen to the other. The combined unit saves floorspace, and it reportedly provides greater speed and accuracy than existing valve-gate controls, as well as a clearer understanding of sequencing, which helps to ease troubleshooting. The SVGC module monitors each of the digital and analog outputs every millisecond and can control eight to 32 pneumatic or hydraulic valve gates. (703) 471-5050* www.gammaflux.com
