Near its former building, the new site nearly doubles the total workspace available for Incoe and would allow for a significant building expansion in the future, according to the company.

Operations like Applications Technology, Design, and Manufacturing were formerly coordinated across three buildings, now they will be in one space, as Incoe applies lean management principles to manufacturing, management, engineering, and customer support. The new site includes a climate-controlled quality assurance laboratory, and Incoe notes that it provides the European market a centrally located engineering technology and production center that will also serve as a forum for sharing competence and promoting innovation.

During the Chinaplas event in Shanghai and April, Incoe announced plans to expand its Shanghai operation, adding a shift and doubling capacity. Construction was already under way during the show, and the company used the event to introduce Kurt Pairs as a new general manager.
