Mac Process, Kansas City, Mo., part of the Schenck Process Group, will showcase the E-finity continuous dense-phase conveying system for fragile materials at NPE2015 in Orlando this month. Precise pressure monitoring and airflow corrections allow the system to operate efficiently while gently inducing pellets and granules through the conveying line in slug form. The air controls can employ a single air source to operate up to three different systems simultaneously, resulting in significant cost savings in both equipment and installation, with continued savings in operation and maintenance.
