New Metro G pellet loaders will be the focus of the Motan-Colortronic exhibit at the Fakuma show this month in Germany. The company (U.S. office in Plainwell, Mich.) says these units combine the latest technologies from both Colortronic and Motan. Metro G’s modular approach allows users to configure the loader for any applications.

For instance, a standard loader can be expanded into a cleanroom version just by adding a special vacuum diaphragm valve. A dust-removal module provides for fine dust removal at the loader, which is essential for some critical engineering resins where absolutely no dust is allowed to enter the process.
