Eight different types of steel with circular cross-sections that can be used to fabricate mold inserts and cores have been added to the product line of Hasco America Inc., Fletcher, N.C. New additions to the standard catalogue include a chrome-vanadium, cold-work 1.2210 steel; unalloyed tool steel 1.1730; corrosion-resistant, fully hardened steel 1.2083; standard hot-work steel 1.2343; high-chromium tool steel 1.2379; special fully hardened steel 1.2767; and a quenched and tempered tool steel in a 1.2550 grade and 1.2842 grade.
