These new grades have been added to the lines of KetaSpire PEEK, AvaSpire modified PEEK, and Ixef MXD6 nylon from Solvay Advanced Polymers, Alpharetta, Ga.

They expand Solvay's wearresistant line beyond Amodel PPA and Torlon polyamide-imide. The reinforced materials for injection molding and extrusion are suitable for dry and lubricated parts such as bearings, washers, gears, and seals in automotive, aerospace, and oil exploration.
