A company that has until now offered only central vacuum conveying and loading systems now has introduced its first self-contained, compressed-air hopper loaders.

A company that has until now offered only central vacuum conveying and loading systems now has introduced its first self-contained, compressed-air hopper loaders. Process Control Corp., Atlanta, offers its CA Series in three sizes for 100 to 800 lb/hr. They handle pellets and/or regrind in single- or dual-inlet versions. These economically priced units consist of a cyclone mount ed on a clear viewing tube that contains a proximity sensor. They come with an air-flow amplifier, exhaust filter, pick-up wand, and 10 ft of hose. Absence of a large surge hopper makes the unit more compact and quicker to clean. For proportional (ratio) loading, both materials are conveyed simultaneously to prevent layering.
