PFA Inc., Germantown, Wis., has expanded its Kor-Lok Side-Action System by offering low-profile proximity (solid-state) and high-temperature (SPDT) sensors. Now engineers can preload cores on molds operating near 400 F (205 C) with confirmation of core-locking and pull position, greatly extending the range of core-preloading applications.
PFA’s Kor-Lok core-pull systems (or locking cylinders) were recently enhanced with online 3D CAD configuration and installation videos.
