At NPE2015 this month in Orlando, Superior Die Set Corp., Oak Creek, Wis., will feature Threadformer unscrewing devices for injection molds. Varieties include the TGA basic upright units in single or twin models (the latter with core spacing of 80 or 120 mm standard), as well as KTGA upright compact units. Each Threadformer has its own hydraulic motor. Its compact and sturdy design can be mounted at any angle and supports long thread depths (to 70 mm) and right- or lefthand threads and provides precise core stopping within 0.003 in.
