The Bessemer Series Traveling Extrusion Saw is the lastest addition to Novatec's downstream extrusion product line. Aimed at pipe, the new saw features Novatec's signature Siemens 7-in.  high-resolution PLC Touch Screen Control with Recipe Management. The saw features a 20-in. diameter carbide-tipped blade with a 6-in. cut capacity. The table is driven by a Siemens Servo Motor with a 32:1 Planetary Gear Reduction and table speeds range up to 45 ft /min with up to 15 cuts/min.

The blade cavity is fully enclosed with an above table stainless steel blade shroud and guarding for operator safety. The table is hinged for easy access to blade enclosure and body. The saw arbor motor is 3 hp with variable speed of 2275 to 3300 RPM.

Dual pneumatic clamping cylinders are provided with non-marring, quick change, neoprene clamp plates and easy height adjustment via clevis pins. Flat and “V” shaped clamps are provided along with conveniently adjustable product guides.
