A newly enhanced process and production monitoring system was launched at the recent NPE show in Chicago by Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd., Bolton, Ont. Its Shotscope NX software gathers and reports real-time production and process statistics for both individual machines and the entire plant.
The new version of Shotscope has an enhanced user interface and is web-based so that data are accessible anywhere and anytime. Also, data now can be gathered from more collection points. The software can be integrated into a Husky injection machine controller, but it is also compatible with any brand of equipment.
