More Subscription Information
Plastics Technology is published monthly and is sent free of charge within the United States, Canada and Mexico to selected production, engineering and company management personnel employed in manufacturing plants where metalworking operations are performed. Subscription requests may be faxed (513/527-8801) or mailed to Plastics Technology, 6915 Valley Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45244-3029. Or submit the On-line Subscription Form. The following information should be included in any request:
- Your name
- Title
- Company name and complete address
- Product manufactured/service performed, and
- Number of employees at your location
**Requests must be received on company letterhead, on the business reply card provided in the magazine, or via the On-line Subscription Form.

All other subscriptions per year are $89 in the United States and $99 in Canada. Elsewhere, subscriptions are $200 per year which includes air mail delivery. All foreign subscription requests must be handled via fax or conventional mail.
