  Fiberglass roving cutters in four models: Model 800A in widths from 4.5 to 18 in. and cut lengths from 1.5 mm to 2 in.; Model 800B in widths from 24 to 96 in. and cut lengths from 0.5 to 4 in.; Model 800C in widths from 50 to 144 in.; and Model 800V (patent pending), which does away with standard razor blade cutter roll and rubber cot. Cutter roll has carbide blades and cut length can be changed during operation from 1 mm to 4 in. Preforming machines in single stage, plenum and directed-fiber rotary models with turntables from 24-120 in. diam. Curing accomplished by gas, electric or ultraviolet means. Glass and binder deposition by robotic means for net shape preforms and uniform thickness control. SMC systems from 24 to 60 in. wide. Wetout accomplished by passing through a steel belt compaction unit. Optional resin distribution systems with in-line mixers, and also turret winders and festooners with automatic sheet cutoff feature.
