  JCM volumetric color blender can handle two or three materials such as virgin, regrind, and color materials. Lightweight unit consists of metering feeders, two through three material hoppers, which can be self-loading, and mixing drum to homogeneously blend metered components. Microprocessor timing control is provided. Models cover a range of 330-440 lb/hr and provide ± 0.5-1.0% precision on pelletized materials. Cleanouts and color changes are quick. No tools are necessary. Units can be mounted directly on molding machine or on a floor stand for use as a central blender.

Using a floatless switch system, MC seals itself off from pressure and temperature fluctuations in the water supply system.   DMZ2 and MJ3 series drying systems feature a desiccant rotor that spins and regenerates continuously, constantly feeding fresh desiccant to process. The resulting supply of stable, low dewpoint air substantially increases dryer performance. Main benefits include short drying times (PC in 1.5 hr), better drying performance, quicker material changes; lifetime desiccant, which eliminates replacement, bad product produced by wornout beds, and costly downtime; and standard high-quality stainless-steel drying hopper, aftercooler, and microprocessor control. Systems reportedly reduce energy consumption by 15% to 45%. MJ3 adds portable floor frame and integral vacuum loading. All units include solid-state relays, reducing maintenance to filter changes only.

  Thercuum DPD3 (thermal conduction plus vacuum pressure) dries resins in under an hour, cuts energy costs by 50%, reduces mold maintenance by eliminating harmful films, and occupies up to 50% less floor space than a conventional desiccant dryer. Design keeps resin hot and dry until it is loaded to the press.

  Plas Mini Dryer PMD micro-drying system is for throughputs under 5 lb/hr. Thermal conduction fins plus a small volume of dried compressed air heat and dry pellets in small volumes. PMD1.5 holds 3.3 lb of resin and PMD3.0 holds 6 lb of resin. Units use less than one cfm compressed air.

  Thercuum vacuum drying system offers fast one-hour drying while using 1/3 the energy of hot-air dryers. Thermal fin technology combined with vacuum pressure aggressively pulls out moisture from pellets. Out-gassing from some resins that can clog mold vents and ejector pins is reduced.
