Series 2000 high-performance vibratory parts feeder reportedly maximizes efficiency and reduces power consumption in feeding headed screws, fuses, tablets, and similar products in automated assembly lines. Unit eliminates bowl tuning and features variable vibration frequency, independent of the main power frequency. Feeder automatically secures the natural frequency of the accompanying bowl-feeding system and reduces parts damage, bowl wear, and noise levels. Provides independent horizontal and vertical variable angle/amplitude control. Once set, amplitude is monitored electronically.
Series 2000 eliminates excessive bouncing resulting in higher feeding rates. Drive is capable of feeding in both directions so the feeder can be used with clockwise or counterclockwise bowls, or reversed electronically to clear jams. Benefits include individual product feeding, reduced jams, simplified tooling, and reduced dependency on air assistance.
Line of engineered fasteners and assembly equipment includes pin and insert installation equipment and systems; and low-cost assembly equipment for installation of inserts into thermoplastics and thermosets by heat transfer. Heat-insert drivers enable easy and repeatable setups and provide greater in-process control. Preset, repeatable air pressure and temperature settings ensure uniform insert installation and maximum insert performance.
Model PH platen-style vertical, multitip heat insert installation machine simultaneously installs several threaded inserts (up to 12 at a time) on different levels. It accommodates virtually any heat/ultrasonic style insert ranging in size from 2-56 to 0,25 threads. Machine is easily converted to accommodate different parts.
Models HA and HP insert drivers suitable for moderate- and high-volume automated installations. Model HM insert drivers are for low-volume and prototype installations.
