OVERVIEW:
Controls & Monitoring

controls.jpg

Computer control systems are used to monitor and regulate a wide range of process parameters in all types of processes. These include control of the barrel temperature, melt temperature and pressure, line speeds, hot runner temperature (in injection molding) and mold and die temperature. Closed-loop controls provide for automatic adjustment of process parameters go out of range.
