ACS Group's VP Of Operations Bob Andress Promoted To President
Bob Andress is succeeding Jim Holbrook, who is retiring.
In a planned succession, Bob Andress, who for the last five years has been a senior executive at ACS Group, New Berlin WI, has been appointed president, effective July 16, 2018.
Andress is succeeding Jim Holbrook, who is retiring.
Andress has been vice president of operations for ACS since January 2014. He recently played an instrumental role in the recent launch of 14 new products at NPE2018. Prior to joining ACS, he served as an executive at Delphi Automotive Systems, General Motors, Wabtec Corp. and other companies. He earned an M.B.A. degree from Duke University in North Carolina and a B.S. from Auburn University in Alabama.
“I am excited to be taking the helm at the ACS Group,” he says. “Our strong team of associates is focused and committed to continued growth and leadership in the auxiliary equipment markets. We will continue to focus on our customers, investing in the products and processes to help our customers be successful.”
Holbrook served as president of ACS for more than five years, after working previously at Emerson and other companies. “It is with mixed emotions that I announce my planned retirement,” he says. “I have enjoyed working with the passionate and talented associates at ACS Group for the past five years and appreciate all of their efforts that contribute to the success of the company. But I’m looking forward to the freedom that retirement provides.”
