Biopropylene Used For Frames of Two Child Bicycle Carriers

A partly biobased polypropylene compound from Cereplast was selected by Bellelli of Italy for its new line of child bicycle carriers to be launched this fall under the MammaCangura brand.

A partly biobased polypropylene compound from Cereplast, Seymour, Ind., was selected by Bellelli of Italy for its new line of child bicycle carriers to be launched this fall under the MammaCangura brand. Cereplast Biopropylene 101 is made from PP blended with up to 50% plant starch. Bellelli is manufacturing front- and rear-mounted child bicycle carriers made from Biopropylene 101. Both will be available for retail sale by MammaCangura North America at retailers in Canada and online.
