Conair & Rapid Joined by Shredder Maker
Move expands Rapid’s range of product offerings in size reduction.
IPEG, Inc., Cranberry Township, Pa., the parent company of The Conair Group and Rapid Granulator, has acquired Republic Machine of Louisville, Ky., a maker of single-shaft shredders. IPEG
intends to operate Republic as a division of Rapid Granulator, retaining the Republic brand and current management, as well as its existing sales channels.
The move expands Rapid’s range in size reduction.
