Wayne has experience in both injection molding and tool manufacturing, including previous roles as Canon Virginia’s Director of Molding and Director of Tool Manufacturing Operations. His former responsibilities include securing the optimal infrastructure and talent at Canon to ensure the best quality, cost and delivery of plastic molded parts. A member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, Wayne has been heavily focused on innovation and cost reduction activities on the Injection Molding floor.
