Jim received his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 1986. He held various roles at Husky Injection Molding in packaging and closures for 20 years. Jim served as V. P. Sales for 5 years at CBW Automation and V. P. Sales at Athena for 5 years. He joined Engel Machinery as Business Development Manager Packaging in October 2018.

After studying and graduating at Humber Institute of Technology in Engineering Technology, Vince began his successful career at Top Grade Molds in 1987.
