Jim received his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 1986. He held various roles at Husky Injection Molding in packaging and closures for 20 years. Jim served as V. P. Sales for 5 years at CBW Automation and V. P. Sales at Athena for 5 years. He joined Engel Machinery as Business Development Manager Packaging in October 2018.

From that point on he has climbed his way from CNC Programming all the way up to President / CEO and Co-Owner.
