Hillary Thomas rejoined her family business in 2017 after working in international sales in Australia. Since returning she has helped to rebrand the company as a solution focused manufacturer and leader in cultural innovation. She also serves on the AMBA Emerging Leaders Board, PLASTICS FLiP Engagement Committee, and the SPE Foundation’s Marketing Committee.

Mold Designer; Westminster Tool, Inc.

Seth Hale joined Westminster Tool in 2017 as an intern after studying Plastics Engineering at UMass Lowell. He joined the team full-time after graduating, and is now a mold-designer. Seth brought with him engineering and plastic flow simulation experience which he has implemented into the Westminster Tool design process.
