With the Engel tiebarless machine, the mold-change cart can be pushed directly up to the platens, allowing the new tool to be moved into the mounting area with ease. Lukas Neunzig finished his apprenticeship to become a mold maker at Fischerwerke in 2012 and graduated in mechanical engineering at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, in 2016. Meanwhile, he worked in the application engineering department at Ferromatik Milacron. Neunzig started as a plastics application engineer at Engel Germany in 2016, before transferring to Engel US in 2019.

Tim Boyce is a Market Specialist at Stäubli, focusing on quick-mold-change solutions for the Plastics Industry. Tim has 17 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and technical sales. He knows there is no single approach that is right for all companies, so he enjoys getting to know each customer, learning about their unique opportunities & challenges, and helping them find the right solutions to achieve their goals. When he is not working, you can find Tim in his running shoes or on his bike, likely heading for a coffee & chocolate croissant.

Roembke Design & Mfg. Business Development Manager

Adam Shaal has spent the last 15 years in the Elastomers Industry assuming various roles. Previously he has worked for various contract manufacturers as a Product Development Engineer, Process Development Engineer, and Technical Sales Manager. He currently works at one the preeminent North American mold making companies, Roembke Mfg. & Design Inc. as their Business Development Manager. Adam Shaal has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette.
