ACS Group Announces Promotions in Sales and Marketing Team
Key personnel moves made by supplier of auxiliary equipment.
ACS Group has announced several promotions in its sales and marketing departments.
Joe Platek and Mike Tuchalski have been promoted to the positions of sales director, eastern U.S. and western U.S., respectively, reporting to Bob Deitrick, vice president of sales.

In the marketing group, Joe Dziedzic has been promoted to senior product manager – material handling, and Cory Gagnon has been promoted to marketing manager, reporting to Mark Johansen, vice president of marketing.
Platek was most recently the business development manager for size reduction. He has been with ACS Group for 14 years and has more than 17 years in technical sales experience and specializes in developing solutions for complex applications.
Platek holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from LSU-Shreveport. He sits on the executive board for the Recycling Committee for the Plastics Industry Association.

Tuchalski Jr. most recently served as the regional sales manager for the central U.S. at ACS. He has been with the company since 2017 and has operated in several roles throughout the company in his tenure. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a double emphasis in marketing and finance from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.

Dziedzic will now be leading the material handling product line at ACS Group. Most recently he led the ACS team of application engineers and technical sales managers, and supervised all equipment quoting activity. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois – Chicago and over 37 years of experience in the auxiliary equipment industry in various engineering and sales roles.
Gagnon has been promoted to the position of marketing manager. In this role, she will continue to provide strong leadership to the ACS initiatives to strengthen all of the company’s brands across all channels and end-use markets. She joined the ACS Group in 2016. Most recently, she led the significant and successful effort for ACS to participate in the 2024 NPE with a brand presence unprecedented in recent years. Gagnon earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
