Testing: High-Precision Thickness & Dimensional Measurement System for Plastic Containers
At K 2019, Agr will display several new product developments including a brand new lab measurement system for plastic containers.
An all-new laboratory measurement system for plastic containers will be a focal point displayed at K 2019 by Agr International, Butler, Penn Designed to streamline laboratory measurement operations, Gawis 4D reportedly provides operators with the ability to perform multiple measurements, on a wide range of plastic containers and preforms, with a reportedly unmatched accuracy, repeatability and operational throughput.
This all-in-one measurement system incorporates the latest optical gauging and thickness measurement technology, in combination with automation, to simplify container measurement operations while maximizing testing throughput. Additionally, the system includes a number of features including advanced job setup tools to minimize time required for job creation, large screen image display with ability to expand images for close analysis, comprehensive data capture/reporting and Industry 4.0 communications.
Agr will also showcase its latest Pilot Vision, said to be the most powerful in-the-blowmolder vision system, which is uniquely positioned for the quality management of bottles with high percentages of rPET as well as its Process Pilot with advanced thin-wall measurement capability, said to be ideally suited for the production of ultralight bottles.
