Single-source for Complete Turnkey Systems

As a total solutions provider, Coperion K-Tron offers material handling and feeding systems including design, replacement and the retrofitting of process lines to meet the material handling needs for that process. For more than a century, Coperion K-Tron has been the leader in the design, installation and maintenance of process feeders and pneumatic conveying systems for the handling of bulk solids. Today Coperion K-Tron continues to lead as provider of total solutions for material handling and feeding systems.

Coperion K-Tron’s systems engineering services provide a single source for complete turnkey systems with comprehensive engineering consultation at the project planning and quoting stages and continuity of interface with the same engineer throughout all stages of the project. Coperion K-Tron designs and manufactures its own weighing, mechanical and control systems specifically for the unique demands of the process industries. Products include volumetric and gravimetric feeders (single and twin screw, vibratory, BSP, cone, liquid), weigh belt feeders and dry bulk mass flow meters. Material flow rates can range from microfeeding at 20 g/hr to 300 TPH.

Coperion K-Tron designs complete material transfer and storage systems using dilute phase and dense phase pneumatic conveying and Aerolock™ rotary valves from the receiving dock, to intermediate storage, and on to the process area for feeder refill and subsequent transport.
