See how software can eliminate fixturing costs using built-in FEA simulation functionality.

See how software can eliminate fixturing costs using built-in finite-element analysis (FEA) simulation functionality. Using a simulated deformation model for virtual clamping is the basis of the De-Warp function. The model is based on material properties and the CAD file to mathematically approximate the deformation of inspected plastic parts, ensuring detailed predictions of the parts' behavior. In this way, De-Warp can eliminate the need for physical fixtures and decrease part rejection rates of functional parts.
