DRY AIR - The smallest big dryer

Dry Air is a double tower dehumidifier for small productions, suitable for technical products of small size: lens for microcameras, pieces for telephony, etc. This machine is based on the zeolite technology and uses self-regenerating double tower. It works by compressed air and allows the manual regulation of the airflow sent to the hopper. The operator chooses the airflow according to the type of plastic and production requested. The machine monitors the air temperature entering and going out from the hopper. The anti-stress function allows to set a limit temperature for the return air by reducing the airflow when this temperature is exceeded in order to protect the material from a thermal stress. The Dry Air project includes four models, each one provided with its hopper. This machine is very compact and thanks to its size, can be installed directly on the injection moulding machine.
