Moldmaking, Design, Repair and Apprenticeship Awards to be Announced at NPE
The Society of Plastics Engineers’ (SPE) Mold Technologies Division will announce four international awards during NPE2024 at the Moldmaking Technology booth.
The Mold Technologies Division of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) will announce the recipients of four international awards at NPE2024. At noon on May 8, 2024, the winners will be revealed in the Moldmaking Technology portion of the Gardner Business Media booth (South Hall #S30135).
Presented annually, the awards include 2023 Mold Maker of the Year, sponsored by Hasco America; 2023 Mold Designer of the Year, sponsored by Progressive Components; 2023 Mold Repair Technician of the Year, sponsored by MoldTrax; and the 2023 Apprentice of the Year — Mold Making, sponsored by PCS Company.
The apprentice award is being presented for the first time in 2023. Along with the recognition, a $1,000 stipend will be donated to the award recipient’s training program of choice. For additional information on the awards and sponsors, contact Scott Peters, the division awards/operational chair.
