At NPE2024, Athena Controls is showing off its broad line of temperature controls for a range of plastics processes. Among the newest items is the Bedros XL hot-runner controller. This expanded model handles 36 to 120 zones (versus 8 to 32 zones for the standard Bedros controller). It has a 12-inch touchscreen.
Also new is the 16CX universal single-loop, auto-tuning temperature/process controller for extrusion and packaging machinery. This updated 16 DIN-sized panel-mount model offers two independent field-configurable outputs.
