5 Tips for Getting the Most Out of NPE2024

NPE2024 is happening May 6–10 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Get the most out of your visit by following these five tips.
1. Register Now
Attendee and exhibitor registration are open now on npe.org/register. Spots fill up fast, so it’s best to secure your attendance sooner rather than later.
2. Book Your Hotel
You can reserve a hotel room at a discounted rate through NPE at npe.org/housing. Hotel space is limited, and the official room block closes on March 22, so book now if you haven’t already. If you miss the window, you can also find a map of nearby hotels with pricing on that same page.
3. Make Travel Plans
NPE is offering exclusive discounts with select airlines, car rentals and more at npe.org/travel-discounts. Make sure to take advantage of these deals when you’re booking your travel. Additionally, NPE is offering complimentary shuttle services between the Orange County Convention Center and all NPE2024 designated hotels, as well as within the convention center parking lot.
4. Plan Your Week With Map Your Show
NPE2024 has partnered with Map Your Show to make it easy for visitors to plan and navigate their show experience. Simply log on to npe2024.mapyourshow.com before the show to browse exhibitors and presentations. and create your own custom show calendar for your visit.
5. Don’t Forget to Eat
Show days can be hectic and it’s easy for meals to slip your mind until it’s too late. Save yourself a headache and plan where you’re going to eat ahead of time.
