  Robopik single robotic gripper-arm take-out system removes containers from shuttle-style blow molding machines and orients them upright on a conveyor with the tails removed. Control system minimizes change-over. Simply enter container size to recall a previously run job and interchange one piece of tooling.

  Robopik also available as part of Cyber System, a complete take-out system with integrated controls used in conjunction with deflashing, leak testing, or other operations. Cyber system utilizes Provac vacuum conveyor system and Kwikchange technology for tooling changes, which allows change-over from one job to another with minimal setup and no mechanical adjustments.
