Conductive Blacks for Automotive Body Parts Debut

The newest conductive carbon blacks from Orion Engineered Carbons are specifically developed for thermoplastics requiring conductivity and anti-static properties. Specialty Carbon Black XPB 633 Beads are said to be ideally suited for plastic automotive body parts that require conductivity to ensure trouble-free coating.
XPB 633 Beads are also deemed appropriate for electronics packaging and for blown films for a range of packaging applications. These conductive additives boast excellent dispersion and reportedly have been shown to improve compound melt flow rates and mechanical properties compared to the predecessor grade.
