Rod & sheet extrusion line

CDS offers a line of machinery for processing heavy, dense industrial polymer applications such as rods and thick sheet. The SR 10K model shown repersents a complete extrusion line for processing 30 (thirty) 0.75 x 0.875 inch solid nylon rods. The line consists of: Puller - 1” x 27” wide x 48" high contact area and pulling force of 10, 000 Ibs Cross-Cut Saw - 7.5 HP (AC) capable of cutting 1/4 to 2" inch rods , Annealing Table - 30” x 108”; insulated stainless steel enclosure Run-off Table - 32 in. x 10 ft.
