The Shini USA Industrial Temperature Control Modules, utilized primarily for injection Molding, Extrusion, Die-Casting among others are off the shelf, built for top performance and are ideally suited for all plant environments and industrial processes.

The Shini USA Industrial Temperature Control Modules, utilized primarily for injection Molding, Extrusion, Die-Casting among others are off the shelf, built for top performance and are ideally suited for all plant environments and industrial processes. The Shini USA Temperature Controllers are designed to circulate a fluid medium (typically water, glycol, process fluids) for continous process temperature control between 32F to 250F. The Shini USA Portable Temperature Control Unit is constructed with proven standard components as Omron 1/8 Din Non-Proprietary PID Controllers, Siemens Electricals and Copper Piping. Other construction elements include: Full Diagnostics and Protection against Loss of Power, Phase Reversal, Motor Overload, High Temperature and Loss of Water Pressure, a Time Delay on the Pressure Switch, Circuit Protectors for the Motor and Heater and a Liquid Filled Pump Suction and Discharge Pressure Gauges. The Shini USA Temperature Control Modules are build with heavy-duty industrial casters for durability and are easily moved between industrial process applications.
