Linear Leak Tester with Upgraded Controls and Versatility
Indexing-conveyor system tests a wider range of bottle sizes and offers expanded remote support and data reporting.
ALPS Inspection has introduced the QuickCheck linear leak tester, an improved replacement for its SC Linear system. An upgraded control interface has a touchscreen with expanded connectivity for extended remote support and data reporting/graphing functions. This indexing-conveyor system offers single-head pressure-decay testing of empty containers in an expanded size range from small pharma bottles to 5-gal water bottles, F-style industrial containers, jerrycans and 20-30 liter edible-oil containers.
Features include step-by-step guided setup, fast and simple installation so the detector can be easily moved to different lines, easy adjustment of the conveyor rails and probe mounting for quick container changeovers.
