Yushin America, Cranston, R.I., is introducing two Cartesian robots boasting “ultra-high speed” at booth W763. One is the HST-150S (photo), derived from the HSA high-speed models. It’s designed for less than 1-sec takeout times at a “very affordable price.” At the show it demolded 16 packaging frames in less than 0.5 sec for an overall cycle under 4 sec.
A brand-new introduction at the show is the HST-600DS robot, making its world premiere. It’s aimed at thin-wall, high-speed, stack-mold applications, and Yushin promises blazing speed.
