Plustech Plans NPE2024 Preview Open House
The injection molding machine supplier and partners will preview show plans for Orlando at the company’s North American headquarters outside Chicago on April 11.
Plustech Inc. will host an NPE Preview Partner Showcase on April 11 at its 138,000-ft2 North American headquarters in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. Scheduled one month prior to NPE2024 (May 6-10, Orlando), the Plustech showroom event will give customers and industry peers in the Midwest a preview opportunity to witness Sodick’s innovative machinery in action and learn about the capabilities of industry partners, including RJG, Westfall Technik, Polyplastics USA, RDAbbott, Beaumont Technologies, AIM Institute and Nexus, among others. Plustech VP Kohei Shinohara says the event will enable it to connect with customers who won’t make it to Orlando but are still interested in the company’s technology plans for the show.
The company has organized other Partner Showcases, including events in California, Connecticut and, most recently, Detroit, Michigan. Attendees will have the chance see a fully automated molding cell built around a VR40G two-station rotary table, with low table height and rapid turntable movement, flown in from Sodick Japan, as well as a GL60A LSR injection molding machine, with Nexus mold and pumping unit, as well as other machines and equipment. The company will also discuss high cavitation systems, micromolding, silicone molding and metal 3D printing. Sodick requests that guests RSVP, as box lunches will be provided, and a cocktail reception will close out the day.
