Are you a news junkie? Want a daily "fix" of news about plastics? If so, we've got your medicine.

I'm talking about our daily news column, Plastics Technology Today, which appears on our web site (www.ptonline.com). Each weekday morning, we post 10 to 12 stories in five categories: U.S. news, world news, mergers & acquisitions, technology, and personnel changes. We select news specifically for plastics processors--anything from hot new technologies to upcoming industry events to the state of your major markets. On any given day, you may find your competitors' financial results, word of an interesting new application, or an update on who's filling key jobs at processor and supplier companies.

Please take a minute to give me some feedback. Tell me if we're on target. Do you like receiving daily news about plastics? Are we getting the news you want most? How could we do it better?

If you do read Plastics Technology Today, it's easy to send me comments or questions on individual stories. Each headline has a direct link to my e-mail, labeled "PT Editor." Just click on it. If you have news on your own company to submit, that's a handy way to get it to me.

We are thinking about another way to help you get your news "fix" every day: How would you like Plastics Technology Today e-mailed to you directly, so you wouldn't even have to go on the web to look for it? If this appeals to you, send me an e-mail, and be sure to include your own e-mail address.
