RJG Appoints New CEO
Rob Nugent will take the reins from Dale Westerman, who is stepping away after 24 years at RJG.
RJG has announced the appointment of Rob Nugent as its new CEO, replacing Dale Westerman, who steps aside after 24 years with the company. Westerman has served as president and CEO of RJG since January 2014. He joined they company in May 1998 as an operations manager after working for six years at Trantek Automation. Prior to joining RJG in May, Nugent spent time with Rexnord and Rockwell Automation, where he was employed for 24 years.
Nugent began his career in engineering before transitioning to the commercial side. Nugent has led successful teams in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Nugent grew up in Northern Michigan and has lived both in the U.S. and abroad. He will be relocating his family to the Traverse City, Mich. area from Wisconsin.
Rob Nugent has been named as the new CEO of RJG.
